Chicken Parmesan

Description: Crispy breaded chicken smothered in tomato sauce and melted cheese.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry Until Golden:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the breaded chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Top with Sauce & Cheese:

Spoon tomato sauce over each chicken breast.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Bake Until Melted:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve Hot:

Enjoy with pasta, garlic bread, or a side salad!
